Wānaka FC runs grassroots football for U5 till U15 during the term 2, 3, and 4 school terms. The emphasis is on fun and ensuring players have an enjoyable experience while also learning new skills.
The term 3 grassroots program sees U6-U9 players enjoying futsal, while U10-13 players play street football on the hockey turf. Both programs have a ‘let them play’ philosophy that is designed to be fun, engaging and game-based. Players are organised into teams on the day, and have a series of small-sided games
We're all about having a blast on the field with this fun, social, game-based program. This is your chance to play, get creative, and hone your skills in a super supportive environment. Whether you want to join our Mixed group or the Girls-Only group, there's a spot for everyone!
